The happiest thing for a job seeker is accepted in our dream company. Well, our hard work is giving us the best result. After we try to make best cover letter and resume to get interviewed then if we capable and qualified enough, we will be accepted in the company. You may know that feel when you accepting an e-mail for the company for job offering.

Well, in this modern era, usually the company will use an e-mail because it fast and simple. Most of us have an e-mail. You have to be happy with this offering. Yet, the company will ask you whether you accept the job or not. Since the offering comes from e-mail, then you should reply it with e-mail. I remind you that it is a formal business e-mail. So, you should make a reply with formal format as well. Though it is not as complicated make a letter, you can write it easily with this simple guide lines below:

  1. Read carefully the e-mail from the company. There may some point you should see before you reply the letter. In the previous e-mail, you can know the company address or usually the personal address, then you can know who is sending you email. Address your e-mail for that person.
  2. In e-mail, there are at least three parts. You have to fill the e-mail address. Make sure the e-mail is correct before you send it. If the previous e-mail say, that you have to send it for other person as copy which mean Carbon Copy or CC. The other important thing is filling the subject part. Since you are accepting the job offer, then you can write the subject as ‘Job Offer Accepter at COMPANY NAME. You have to fill it or your e-mail will never read.
  3. Use the salutation using the name of the hiring manager since you already know the name. Always use nice salutation to start the e-mail and to end the e-mail. It shows your attitude.
  4. The point is to say that you are so happy and grateful about the job offering. You also can mention which position is, the start date, even you can ask them if there are some other requirements you should to fulfill before you go to work.
